Genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Tunisia (Omicron era): aggregated coverage and representativeness metrics and scripts

Abstract

This deposit contains aggregated governorate-level surveillance metrics (coverage and representativeness calculations) and a minimal script to recompute key metrics used in the manuscript. Individual-level clinical data are not included. SARS-CoV-2 consensus genomes are available via GISAID; accession IDs are provided in Supplementary Table S4 of the manuscript.
