Gas chromatography mass spectroscopy is one of the most reliable analytical technique that has been widely used in the identification of different bioactive molecules. In this study, Albizia gumifera was identified and selected. The leaf was extracted using solvent of different polarity, and the result showed that Albizia gumifera ethanol and Albizia gumifea water had the high percentage yield of 21.22% and 11.14% while Albizia gumifera hexane and Albizia gumifera dichloromethane with the least recovery of 1.92% and 5.34% respectively.The extract were further subjected to phytochemical screening and the result showed the presence of alkaloid, anthroquinone, phenol, saponin, coumarin flavonoid and essensial oil present in all the extract. The extract were further subjected to Gas chromatography mass spectroscopic analysis and the result revealed the presence of 44 bioactives molecule with a unique fragmentation pattern of keto-enol tautomerism and resonance stabilization though the formation of a trophylium ion. From the result of the findings, It can be concluded that Albizia gumifera is a unique medicinal plant with a special medicinal potential, which can further be utilized in the synthesis of a drug lead compound and as a neutraceutical product
