ABSTRACT Epoxy bionanoarchitectures have emerged as a promising class of materials, offering a unique combination of mechanical, thermal, and functional properties. The resulting materials exhibit improved mechanical properties, thermal stability, and functional characteristics, making them suitable for diverse applications in aerospace, automotive, construction, and electronics and so on. Furthermore, we explore the potential of these optimized epoxy bionanoarchitectures for multifunctional applications, including self‐healing, shape memory, and energy harvesting. Therefore, this review paper highlights recent advances in the functionalization and optimization of epoxy bionanoarchitectures, focusing on strategies to enhance their performance and multi‐functionality and provides insight into the design, development, and applications of epoxy natural fiber reinforced nanoparticles bionanoarchitectures, highlighting their potential to revolutionize various industries. In addition, various approaches to modify epoxy matrices with bio‐based nanomaterials, including surface modification, hybridization, and nanocoatings are presented.
