Abstract These are the abstracts of the free communications of the Libyan Diabetes Association (LDA) Scientific Conference, December 18 to 20, 2025, Tripoli, Libya. They are presented here to reach a wider audience. These studies represent all research accepted by the research evaluation committee; all of them are in the field of diabetes and its complications, or the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence in diabetes. They include observational studies, experimental exercises, and a few case reports. The aim of publishing these abstracts is to spread knowledge and foster fruitful communication between researchers in Libya and abroad, even before the presented research is fully published.
