Post-traumatic pseudoaneurysms of the hepatic artery or its branches are a rare complication that can be life-threatening. Their rupture in the biliary tract, leading to hemobilia or upper gastrointestinal bleeding, further worsens the vital prognosis. Close monitoring of these patients is essential, even with a normal initial work-up, given the highly variable onset of lesions. We report the case of a patient with a wound in the right hypochondrium, initially admitted with upper GI hemorrhage, whose initial investigations failed to identify the origin of the bleeding. Given the persistence of the hemorrhage for a month and the appearance of jaundice, further investigations revealed the presence of 2 pseudo intrahepatic aneurysms, successfully treated by selective percutaneous coiled embolization.
