Abstract

Understanding ICU nurses' perceptions of stigma is essential for developing interventions that reduce bias and improve patient care. Enhancing nurses' awareness, emotional resilience, communication skills and fostering inclusive practices can lead to better health outcomes and a more supportive work environment.
