Experimental Investigation of the Conveyor Belt Parametric Property for Biscuit Industry Reliability Maintenance Planning

Abstract

Conveyor belt parameters investigated availed Conveyor belt parameters investigated availed parametric distribution and experimentation for conveyor belt failure periods phases analysis, prediction, and prevention to determine its reliability, availability and maintainability. The parametric lifetime distribution is specified by component specification and identified by the material property (shape parameter) of the conveyor belt. The Weibull, Exponential and Gaussian probability and cumulative (above and below) density functions utilized to determine the phases of failure periods such as decreasing, constant and increasing failure periods are used for maintenance planning decisions with identifiable causes and elimination methods. The experimentation made use of material handling capacity and reliability to optimize the capacity to overcome conveyor belt drawbacks. The experimentation and parametric needs in-tandem with identification and objectives utilized to analyze component failure and show conveyor belt design performance to study and valorize the reliability and maintainability integrity of the component which impacted on sustainable development goals
