Internet spread and digital technology reshapes the landscape of whole industries and revolutionizes the traditional flows of goods. This technological development, which affects the world economy, is not without consequences for Moroccan firms, as they have to initiate and achieve a competitive digital transformation. This digitization is a matter of companies having a clear and coherent digital strategy, integrating new technology tools, questioning their business models and how value is built and delivered. This paper aims, particularly for companies at national level, to address and analysis the challenges and opportunities that are presented by digital transformation. In terms of methodology, with Moroccan companies we have adopted an exploratory qualitative-quantitative approach. The results of this study highlight the fact that human capital, funding and methodological support are the major challenges facing Moroccan companies.
