In the title compound, C 10 H 13 NO 2 S 2 , the seven-membered 1,3-dithiepane ring adopts a distorted chair conformation. In the extended structure, inversion dimers linked by pairwise C—H...O hydrogen bonds generate R 2 2 (14) loops.
