Ensuring secure, private, and transparent elections remains a critical challenge in modern democracies. This paper proposes a novel blockchain-based e-voting system that enhances privacy and transparency by integrating advanced cryptographic techniques. Utilizing a dual-encryption approach with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA), the system anonymizes voter choices and prevents unauthorized access to voting data. Unlike existing models, our approach ensures voter anonymity even from system administrators. Experimental results demonstrate that the system effectively preserves voter privacy while maintaining efficient transaction processing with minimal overhead. Compared to previous blockchain-based e-voting models, the system achieves superior security and performance through optimized cryptographic techniques and parallel processing using Hyperledger Fabric. This study contributes to secure e-voting by addressing critical privacy concerns and demonstrating a scalable, blockchain-enabled voting framework. Future research will focus on optimizing scalability for large-scale elections and integrating emerging technologies to enhance voter authentication and accessibility.
