A two-cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna (CDRA) based multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) antenna system without and with the meta-surface to enhance the coupling mutual between them and the bandwidth is proposed in this paper. The two elements of the dielectric resonator antenna are close to each other by a distance of 0.06λo and alimented by the coaxial feed. The distance between the antenna elements and the meta-surface is 0.2λo. The simulation result showed the improvement of the coupling by 10dB and the bandwidth enhanced by 7% in the operation band frequency at center 2.85GHz by using the approach of meta-surface.
