Endopolyploidy in Oxalis obliquifolia

Abstract

Dataset on the expression of endopolyploidy in the wide-spread African grassland geophyte, Oxalis obliquifolia. This data includes the presence/absence of endopolyploidy, as determined using standard flow cytometry, and the degree of endopolyploidy expression, This was measured across different vegetative structures, and between diploids and polyploids.
