book chapter
This research examines the complex interrelations between innovation processes, technological adoption, and social sustainability, emphasizing the imperative for organizations to reevaluate their innovation strategy. The research highlights that integrating sustainability objectives into innovation frameworks not only improves operational efficiency but also generates substantial social effect. The findings demonstrate a distinct correlation among these dimensions, indicating that technology adoption functions as a pivotal mediating element, enabling the conversion of creative activities into significant societal effects. This integrated approach goes against the old idea that economic and social goals should be kept separate. Instead, it calls for a more complete assessment of how well an organization is doing. The report gives organizations useful advice, such as spending money on new technology and creating a culture of collaboration that supports long-term innovation.
