This dataset contains information on post-discharge outcomes of children under five years admitted with diarrhea in three Regional Referral Hospitals in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Data include caregivers' and children's socio-demographic characteristics, children's clinical characteristics, treatment adherence, recurrence of diarrhea, growth parameters, and Water, sanitation, and Hygiene factors. The dataset was collected as part of a study evaluating early outcomes following hospital discharge.
