Duplicate-Aware Evaluation of Large-Scale Plant Disease Classification: Deduplication, Domain Heterogeneity, and Adversarial Robustness

Abstract

This capsule provides the code, archived predictions, data summaries, and reproducibility workflow supporting the manuscript "Duplicate-Aware Evaluation of Large-Scale Plant Disease Classification: Deduplication, Domain Heterogeneity, and Adversarial Robustness." It reproduces the main clean-performance, leakage-control, robustness, and calibration results reported in Tables 4, 5, 8, and 9. The capsule includes prediction files from the evaluated EfficientNet-B4 and EfficientNet-B4+ECA runs and executes a verification workflow without requiring model retraining.
