Draft genome of clinical isolate of <i>bla</i> <sub>OXA-395</sub> and <i>bla</i> <sub>PAO</sub> -producing <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> strain NeRAM02 isolated from urine in Niger

Abstract

This study reports the draft genome of a clinical isolate of <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> NeRAM02, harboring <i>bla<sub>OXA-395</sub></i> and <i>bla<sub>PAO</sub></i>. The genome was 6.8 Mb with a GC content of 66.1%.
