This study analyses the impact of digital transformation on intermediate management practices in Moroccan companies. She is particularly interested in the effect of the introduction of digital collaborative tools, the training of managers, the exploitation of data in real time, the adoption of agile methods, the development of a culture of digital innovation, and the risks associated with a technological overload on management practices. To do this, the authors conducted a regression analysis from a sample of 108 Moroccan companies engaged in a digital transformation process. Data were collected in October 2024, the reference period for the training of analytical models. The results reveal that several dimensions of digital transformation have a positive influence on managerial performance. Teamwork tools help folks work together better. When managers know how to train in a digital space, it makes everything run smoother. Having access to up-to-date info means decisions can be made quicker and with more accuracy. Using agile methods with tech support boosts how quickly teams can adapt, and being open to new ideas keeps creativity flowing and processes running well. However, the study also highlights the negative effects of technology overload. Excessive exposure to digital tools can create stress for managers and impair their performance. In conclusion, digital transformation represents a major opportunity to improve management practices, provided that it is accompanied by a clear strategy for continuing training and a framework for the use of technologies to avoid the excesses linked to digital overdose.
