This paper presents a novel Radio Frequency Identification Antenna based on microstrip technology. It highlights the study, simulation, and measurement of a reduced size prototype chracterized by a multiple slots, which will be associated to a Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) Reader in the application of a smart car park with online localization, reservation, and payment. The proposed antenna uses a classic substrate and has the advantages of giving a response in UHF band with a gain of 1.6 dB.
