Design of a High-Efficiency Dual-Band Planar Rectifier for RF Energy Harvesting from WiFi and 5G Networks

Abstract

This paper presents a new miniaturized wireless energy harvesting circuit based on the SMS7630_079LF diode. The proposed rectifier circuit achieves an efficiency greater than 65%, even with a low received power of 0 dBm, and operates at frequencies of 2.45 GHz and 3.5 GHz, corresponding to Wi-Fi and 5G applications, respectively.
