In this chapter, the authors propose to design a patch antenna whose shape corresponds to a wearable button and has an operating frequency of 60 GHz in the 5 G millimeter band. This antenna is printed on a polyamide substrate of relative permittivity εr=4.3, loss tangent σ=0.004, thickness 1.6 mm, and radius 5.2 mm. The button's height is a metal layer of thickness BH=0.1” ” mm and radius 3.2” ” mm(BD=6.4” ” mm), which receives a coaxial feed. This antenna produces the best results in terms of reflection coefficient S11=-36.29” ” dB, a bandwidth of 2.15 GHz, a gain of 11 dB, and a directivity of 10.9dB. The realization of millimeter wave antennas is complicated in particular because of their small dimensions. Portable millimeter wave antennas are little explored in the literature. Therefore, the authors propose this antenna.
