Traditional shopping malls, known for their labyrinthine layouts, present visitors with substantial challenges in efficiently locating specific stores, services, or amenities. Many people find it difficult to navigate the mall, even if it’s not their first visit. The project designed shopping mall navigational system, an application to assist users in navigating within Jabi lake Mall. With the help of floor map layouts, it aims to improve the shopping experience for customers. The application also features shop directory details like name, address, categories, products available, and description. Users can utilize this online application to guide them to their desired destinations. Scalable functions are included in floor guide so that users can obtain precise location of shops.
