Abstract

The dendrograms generated from pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) fingerprints depict the genetic relatedness among double-carbapenemase-producing <i>Klebsiella pneumoniae</i> isolates obtained from both public and private healthcare sectors. They further illustrate the clustering patterns of the isolates, alongside corresponding sequence types identified through whole-genome sequencing, as well as the wards from which the isolates were collected.
