This data article presents a curated dataset of temperature-dependent stress–strain curves for eleven metallic alloys, including six conventionally manufactured alloys (AA6061, IN625, SS316L, SS709, Ti6Al4V, and Haynes 230) and five additively manufactured alloys (AlSi10Mg, IN625, SS316L, Ti6Al4V, and Ni–Cr–W). The dataset was generated using a validated finite element model that couples thermal and mechanical loading, with each alloy characterized from room temperature up to 50% of its melting temperature at defined increments. The dataset captures the temperature-driven degradation of key mechanical properties—particularly elastic modulus and yield strength—while providing complete stress–strain curves at each temperature level. This dataset provides a benchmark for validating numerical simulations and supporting the development of predictive models for the elastoplastic response of metallic components operating in high-temperature environments.
