This dataset supports the manuscript entitled “Comparative phenotypic and genotypic profiling of ESBL- and carbapenemase-associated Gram-negative bovine mastitis pathogens in western Türkiye, 2025–2026.” The dataset includes anonymized data for 160 non-duplicate Gram-negative bovine mastitis isolates recovered from quarter-milk samples collected from dairy farms in western Türkiye between May 2025 and January 2026. The included isolates comprise Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Acinetobacter baumannii, classified into ESBL-producing E. coli, carbapenem-resistant E. coli, ESBL-producing K. pneumoniae, carbapenem-resistant K. pneumoniae, and carbapenem-resistant A. baumannii groups. The Excel file contains isolate metadata, mastitis origin, antimicrobial susceptibility testing results, resistance-group classification, ESBL phenotypic confirmation, carbapenemase assay results, PCR detection of beta-lactamase genes, MDR/XDR classification, statistical summaries, and figure/source-data tables used in the manuscript. Farm and animal identifiers were anonymized before deposition.
