Abstract

In a time of rapidly advancing technology and intricate societal issues, it is more important than ever to establish long-lasting research collaborations between government, business, academia, and local communities. This study examines how sustainable community and research partnerships can be cultivated and considered the strategies that can be adopted for long-term engagement and collaboration. The study looked at research on the value of open communication, trust, shared objectives, and long-term relationship building in partnerships. It covered how to cooperate by establishing roles, keeping lines of communication open, and settling conflicts. It also emphasized how important co-creation processes are for jointly determining research topics and outcomes. Partnership sustainability was also investigated, including resource distribution, capacity building, and funding sources. The study published a thorough framework for developing long-term community and research partnerships, providing practitioners, policymakers, and academics with knowledge and tactics to help them build deep and significant partnerships. The study relies on existing literature, limiting empirical validation.
