Critical Issues on the Desalination Process and Mobile Water Distillers in Egypt with Renewables, AI, and Power Electronics Technologies

Abstract

Depending on utilizing solar energy as one of the most important new and renewable energies in water distillation, electricity generation, and reducing global warming, the paper presents a survey on the device-related elements of a proposed device to produce distilled water. This paper concentrates on determining the average need for drinking water for an average family size, the population, and the sea. In addition, this study provides a general overview of the exit mobile water distillers. In addition, this paper provides the possibility of integration of renewable energies for such devices in Egypt. Added to the integration of power electronics technologies are reviewed for the desalination purpose that is associated with the renewable energy penetration. Add to the previous study, a sample optimized model for mobile water distillers to achieve techno economic benefits is provided.
