Complete genome sequence of <i>Bradyrhizobium lupini</i> strain BA2, isolated from root nodules of <i>Retama dasycarpa</i>

Abstract

In this study, we report the complete genome of <i>Bradyrhizobium lupini</i> strain BA2, isolated from <i>Retama dasycarpa</i> root nodules. As the only high-quality complete genome of <i>B. lupini</i> in public databases, this assembly serves as the species reference.
