<em>This study utilized the Transport Operations Management Software (TOMS) to analyze the physical distribution of warehouses and markets in three major Nigerian cities - Kano, Ibadan, and Lagos, using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test. The objective was to assess the spatial patterns of economic activities in these cities. The results revealed significant differences in the distributions of markets and warehouses in Kano, indicating unique spatial patterns and potentially distinct economic dynamics. In Ibadan, no significant difference was found, suggesting alignment between economic activities and the overall distribution of warehouses. In Lagos, the analysis did not provide strong evidence of a significant difference, indicating that economic activities align with the distribution of warehouses. Further investigations are needed to fully understand the implications of these findings, contributing to our understanding of the spatial dynamics of economic activities in these cities.</em>
