Python implementation of the fuzzy logic risk scoring model and Monte Carlo simulation framework used in the manuscript "A Comparative Risk Assessment Approach for HDD Projects Using Fuzzy Logic and Monte Carlo Simulation" (Azmy, Elbeltagi, and Basha).
