In recent years, the majority of mobile data users choose to subscribe to social networks, as content providers, to view a large number of contents. This viewing is done through an accessing request transmitted by the user. As the number of users is becoming very huge, this demand tends towards an explosion. This pushes the infrastructure of the internet to its limits. To fix this problem, the ICN intervenes to guarantee the availability of the wanted contents. In this work, we are interested in analysing the competition between internet service providers using game theory. These providers compete towards sponsoring and caching contents. This competitive situation is modelled as a non-cooperative game taking into account several parameters. We prove the existence and the uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium. We use the best response algorithm to achieve the equilibrium points. Finally, the numerical results validate the model.
