Analysis code for "Systemic inflammatory markers are associated with drug-resistant pediatric epilepsy in Ghanaian children"

Abstract

This repository contains the analysis code used for the statistical analyses and figures reported in the study “Systemic inflammatory markers are associated with drug-resistant pediatric epilepsy in Ghanaian children.” The repository includes scripts for descriptive and group comparisons, seizure-severity analyses, current antiseizure medication analyses, multivariable modelling, sensitivity analyses, figure generation, and validation, together with documentation of the computational environment and analysis decisions. Participant-level clinical data are not included because of ethical, confidentiality, and institutional data-governance requirements. Consequently, the repository provides the analysis workflow and documentation but does not distribute the underlying participant-level dataset.
