Abstract

Survey-weighted Python code that reproduces the analytic cohort and Tables 1-4 for the Acta Tropica manuscript on malaria-anemia co-infection among Tanzanian children under five (TDHS-MIS 2022). The deposit contains analysis scripts only. It does not contain Demographic and Health Survey microdata.
