Time-varying discrete interconnected systems identification is a field of study focused on developing methods to understand and characterize dynamic systems that evolve over time and exhibit interconnected relationships. These systems are frequently encountered across diverse engineering, control, and communication applications where the interactions between subsystems change with time. In this context, this current research introduces an approach aimed at discerning time-varying discrete interconnected systems. The entire system is partitioned into numerous subsystems, and subsequently, a vector observation is constructed for each of these subsystems. To achieve time-varying parameter estimation for each subsystem, an online procedure is implemented. The effectiveness of the suggested approach is showcased by applying it to a numerical illustration.
