This study investigated the phytochemical composition of the leaf extract of the plant <em>Bryophyllum pinnatum </em>(Odaa Opuee). The qualitative analysis of <em>Bryophyllum pinnatum </em>results revealed the presence of terpenoids, flavonoids, and phenols, while the quantitative analysis were flavonoids (1.387 ± 0.020) terphenoids (1.560 ± 0.081), and phenol (1.193 ±0.009). The results of this research indicates that <em>Bryophyllum pinnatum </em>contain some bioactive compounds which could be of medicinal uses.
