This paper proposes a theoretical framework for optimizing supply chain resilience by integrating Blockchain, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Business Intelligence (BI). Although there have been advances in technology, inefficiencies and inaccuracies in data that require human intervention continue to plague the functioning of supply chains. The study proposes an innovative solution that harnesses the safety provided by blockchain, the analytical power of BI, and the automation of EDI to create a design for a more resilient, transparent, and efficient supply chain system. The proposed framework fills existing literature gaps on an integrated theoretical model for digital transformation in supply chain management.
