Collaboration among international organizations, professional bodies, and stakeholders is essential. Evidence suggests significant healthcare benefits from improving medical imaging in developing countries. By implementing recommended actions, African nations can overcome barriers to acquiring advanced imaging technology, leading to enhanced health service delivery and improved patient outcomes.
