This article introduces an advanced Ultra-Wideband (UWB) Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna characterized by its wide impedance bandwidth ranging from 24 GHz to 42.5 GHz. Designed with two rectangular microstrip elements, the antenna is built on a Rogers RT/Duroid 5880 dielectric substrate, precisely measuring $31 \times 11 \times 0.8$ mm$^{3}$. Utilizing an insect-feed feeding strategy, this design is particularly suited for a wide bandwidth, making it ideal for mm-Wave 5G communication technologies. simulations have shown that the antenna maintains mutual coupling between ports lower than -21.2 dB, a key indicator of its effective performance in a MIMO system. The antenna’s performance features include an Envelope Correlation Coefficient (ECC) of less than 0.004, diversity gain of up to 9.99 dB, and a high efficiency rate of 93% across its entire operational band. Furthermore, the antenna exhibits omnidirectional radiation patterns with a maximum gain of 5.56 dBi and stable total active reflection coefficient (TARC) attributes, enhancing its applicability in modern communication environments.
