This research aimed to identify the prevailing level of some socio-economic characteristics of the respondents, and to identify the services provided by Bir-ElAbd Hospital from the hospital staff’s point of view, and to identify the material and human capabilities from the workers’ point of view in Bir-ElAbd Hospital, and to identify the different leadership styles within the hospital, and to identify the variables associated with and affecting the impact of building future administrative leaderships in achieving organizational success within Bir-ElAbd Hospital, and to identify the degree of contribution of administrative leaders in achieving work areas within the hospital, and to identify the most prominent difficulties and problems facing Bir-ElAbd Hospital from the workers’ point of view. A sample was selected from the comprehensive workers in Bir-ElAbd Model Hospital (doctors, nurse, nurses, administrators, workers) amounting to 123 respondents representing 14% of the total workers’ numbers in Bir-ElAbd Hospital, which is 885. The sample items were selected randomly using the ideal bag method, and the data was collected by means of a questionnaire form through personal interviews with the respondents starting from the months of May until the end of July of the year. 2024 AD, and many statistical methods were used to analyze the study data to achieve its objectives and test its hypotheses, including descriptive statistics methods and multiple linear regression analysis to show the effect of each of the independent variables individually on the dependent variable while controlling the effect of the other independent variables.
