A Theoretical Study on the Magnetic Features of Ru<sub>2</sub>MnX Nano-Heusler Alloys

Abstract

This study focuses on examining magnetic property performances among three nano-Heusler Ru 2 MnX alloys (where X is replaced by the atoms V, Ta and Nb). The investigation was conducted through Monte Carlo simulations, exploring the magnetic properties of these alloys. The study established a clear transition from ferrimagnetic to superparamagnetic behavior. Furthermore, it exposed the effects of magnetization in each nano-Heusler alloy relative to physical factors.
