review · American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education
This literature review identified that there are limited publications describing immunization training for pharmacists and student pharmacists in Africa. Training pharmacists to immunize could make a meaningful impact in increasing immunization access and reducing the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases in Africa. Expansion of available immunization administration training is needed for African pharmacists and student pharmacists if calls to action are to be met.
