A Cost Effective Groundnut Oil Producing Machine for Rural Development in Nigeria

Abstract

Groundnut Oil production at the rural setting in Nigeria under goes a tremendous fatigue processing. Besides this, the finished product is often contaminated with other harmful chemicals alongside with the local method of oil production. From the initial roasting of the groundnut, to the oil production process, there are often cases of uneven roast up. This new technology significantly improves the efficiency of the oil production process and helps consumers get the best possible oil.
