To fulfill the sophisticated requirements of forthcoming networks, phased arrays must possess broadband capability, along with extensive scanning and end-fire radiation properties. This study delves into a new design that integrates low-profile super wide band resonators, specifically crafted for cutting-edge 6G telecommunications. The design approach is straightforward, allowing for easy implementation on the circuit boards of future mobile devices. It features eight bow-tie dipole resonators organized in a single row (1 x8 linear configuration), covering an extensive frequency range from 1.65 to 2.55 THz at a -10 dB threshold. This allows the design to encompass various bands within the 5G and upcoming 6G spectrums. The phased array design is not only easy to execute but also aligns with the complex needs of next-generation wireless technologies, showcasing its potential to enhance future communication systems.
