This dataset supports the study “A Bibliometric and Narrative Review of Global Research on Construction Workers’ Rights, 2010–2025.” It contains the bibliographic records retrieved from Scopus, screening information, the final corpus of studies included in the review, and files used for keyword cleaning and VOSviewer analysis. The dataset provides a transparent basis for reproducing the study’s bibliometric analysis, including the identification of thematic patterns and research clusters. The materials also document the search strategy, screening process and analytical procedures applied in the review
