Salivary gland-like tumors constitute a rare subset of primary breast carcinomas, representing approximately 2% of cases. These tumors are histologically triple-negative, lacking expression of ER, PR, and HER2. Despite the morphological resemblance between salivary and mammary gland tumors, their frequency and clinical behavior vary depending on the site of origin. While salivary gland tumors have been extensively studied, limited research has focused on their breast counterparts. This study aims to evaluate age-adjusted trends in patients diagnosed with salivary gland-like tumors of the breast, highlighting incidence patterns and their potential clinical significance.
