Tim Chuma

Timothy Chuma is a Switzerland-based technology professional, startup ecosystem builder, and angel investor with a strong track record in enterprise software, fintech innovation, and community development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as IS Manager EMEA at Masimo, Timothy brings extensive experience in enterprise systems, having spent over seven years as a freelance CRM and ERP consultant. His technical expertise is complemented by a deep passion for customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience (CXM), areas in which he is widely recognized as a practitioner and thought leader. Timothy is the founder and CEO of Censeo Computing, a Microsoft BizSpark startup focused on delivering SaaS-based front-office applications for the financial services sector. Through this venture, he has contributed to advancing digital transformation in finance, particularly in Switzerland’s evolving fintech landscape. Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Timothy plays a key role in nurturing startup communities. He is the Director of the Zurich chapter of Startup Grind, where he has helped position Switzerland as a vibrant innovation hub, connecting founders, investors, and operators through events and knowledge-sharing platforms.
